Our Classes are small because we believe that the one on one instruction gives our students a more personalized attention from our Chef Instructors.

Chef of the Day… Our Chef Of The Day Program is part of our hands-on curriculum and integrated into our Cook Advanced Diploma Program.
Chef Of The Day allows our aspiring Chef Students the opportunity to manage a kitchen and prepare dinner for our dining patrons. Each week a different student will take on the job as Head Chef. Students will put their cooking skills to the test, in a real-life restaurant setting. They include:
- Kitchen Management
- Menu Planning
- Food Preparation
- Plate Presentation
- Staff Management
